Resolving exceptions

When your team opens an exception, the dashboard shows the original document side-by-side with the parsed fields and the reason it was flagged. Staff can confirm the auto-parsed values, correct a specific field, and approve the write — or reject the prescription and add a note. Most exceptions take under 60 seconds to resolve.

Audit trail

Every action — AI parse, write attempt, retry, human correction, approval — is logged with a timestamp and actor. The audit trail is available for regulatory review and is retained per your account's data retention policy. PHIPA-compliant access logs are available on request.

Multi-site visibility

For banner chains and multi-location accounts, the dashboard aggregates across all sites with the ability to drill into any individual location. Error budgets, throughput, and exception rates are visible per site — useful for operations teams monitoring performance across a network without mixing data between stores.
