Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of AutoRx websites, APIs, dashboards, and related services (“Services”).

2. Permitted use

You may use the Services only for lawful pharmacy operations, integration testing, and purposes described in your agreement with AutoRx.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use the Services to violate PHIPA, PIPEDA, HIPAA where applicable, or any other law.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or other customers.
• Use the Services to send malware or to access systems you are not authorized to access.
• Misrepresent prescriber credentials or patient information.

4. API use

API tokens are confidential. You must rotate compromised tokens promptly and use reasonable rate limits in accordance with your agreement.

5. Enforcement

AutoRx may suspend or terminate access for material violations of this AUP, subject to your agreement.
