Most pharmacy automation tools work around Kroll — pasting text into fields the way a human would, with no access to your patient history, drug catalog, or formulary. AutoRx works with Kroll: we read the context that makes a correct entry possible, then write back through a validated, queue-based path with retries and webhook completion.

The difference matters. An automation tool that reads only the fax text will pick the wrong DIN when two strengths are plausible. One that reads your catalog, patient history, and Health Canada DPD picks the right one.
